Gemini season brings air: breath, lungs, voice and circulation. It can also bring more movement and stimulation in the system. This practice works with those energies to ground and balance them, so that expression can flow clearly rather than scatter.
We move through breath and body, and close with Kirtan Kriya, a meditation to clear and centre the voice.
For anyone in a season of return or transition, or wanting to move with more clarity and presence at this time of year.
