The Morning Call can be practiced for 3, 7, 31 or 62 minutes as we did in this session. The sound current of this mantra has incredible power to vibrate the atomic bonds of your being, opening the gates of your individual awareness, erasing energy blocks. It has a direct influence on your Kundalini energy, clearing blocks in your energy channels and awakening your kundalini. Please be sure to sit up straight with neck pulled in slightly.
