A simple but profound set to firstly release any inner anger and frustration and then rebuild and renew. If you are unfamiliar with breath of fire please refer to the tutorial prior to practice. The mudra is: right hand level of shoulder palm facing down, left hand 4 inches below palm facing down. Arms remain parallel to ground throughout. The beauty of this meditation is we don't have to be conscious about which parts we are rebuilding, but trust this will happen as and where needed.
